Why we process your data

We process your personal data for the purpose of negotiating the conclusion of a contract and, if a contract is concluded, for the purpose of performing the contract, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting) and pursuing our legitimate interests, in particular in establishing, exercising and proving legal claims and defending against asserted legal claims. In this case, we may also process your personal data for the purpose of pursuing our legitimate interest in offering our products and services. We also store identification data, in particular your IP address, for the purpose of pursuing our legitimate interest in protection against cyber attacks. The legal basis for processing your personal data here is the pursuit of our legitimate interest.

How long we will process your data

If you contact us as a representative of a potential client, we process your personal data for 90 days for the purpose of negotiating the conclusion of a contract. If a contract is concluded, we process your data for the duration of the contract and for the period necessary to exercise all claims under such contract, generally for three years after its termination.

What data we process

If you are interested in our services, we process your personal data in order to make you an offer of services. If you are already our client, we process your personal data for the purpose of managing the contractual relationship we have or have had with you. In both cases, we may also use your personal data for marketing and commercial purposes (sending commercial communications, overview of the use of our services, etc.). These purposes and the rules we apply to them are described below.

To whom we may disclose your data
